Applications at the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA), the European Patent Office (EPO) and international PCT applications. I coordinate the national phase abroad for you.

Fast protection without substantive examination (Gebrauchsmuster) – on its own or alongside a patent application, for example when a product is about to be launched.

Prosecution through to grant
Office actions, hearings and appeals: I conduct the proceedings with a clear goal and keep you informed at every turning point.
My assessment
Not every idea belongs in a patent application.
Sometimes secrecy is the better protection, sometimes a targeted publication that blocks the way for competitors. I will tell you clearly which option is right for your product – before any costs arise.
